Booking Policy (24-hour reschedule/cancellation window) Life happens. Youâre welcome to cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment using your confirmation email or your account. If you prepaid you will be refunded money within 48 hours. If itâs within 24 hours, the online option closesâjust reach out to me directly and Iâll help you adjust, change, or cancel your appointment.
