What is a Chakra?
There are 7 defined chakras or energy centers that are positioned from the base of our spine to the top of our head. Chakra means "wheel" in Sanskrit. Each of these wheels are whirlpools of energy, which connect to our mind, body, emotions, and soul.

What is Energy Healing?

We are all energetic beings - strands of light below the layers of humanness. But over time, we allow layers of plaque to build up and cover this internal light. This plaque/blockage can stem from our own self-beliefs or how others have defined us. During the process, the healer will assist you in pulling up the blockage to see why it is there. Once that is complete, we proceed with the process of dispersing the blockage and allowing love, life, and light to flow in.

What role does the healer play?
The healer guides the person to where the blockage is located within the body. Assistance is given through dialogue to help disperse and release the blockage. During this process, the healer is also laying hands, tuning forks, or crystals on the body to assist in the release. Once the release is complete, the healer guides the person to allow the love and light to illuminate with a new truth statement and symbol. The hands-on healing is very comforting to the person so that they feel safe and not alone.

What is an Aura?

Aura is the energy that radiates from person, animal, or item. You may feel someone's aura when you stand next to them and get a warm fuzzy feeling in your belly or you may get a sick, icky feeling.

What age is suitable for healing?

Hands-on healing or tuning is suitable for any age, from infant to elderly. The ART healing process needs to have dialogue, so from 9-10 years old and older is the most beneficial.

What can I expect after a healing session?

After a session, you may feel lighter and “on top of the clouds” or heavy and fully settled in your body. It can take up to 3 days for the release to become integrated in the body. You will want to go home and “take it easy” (not recommended to return to work). Epsom Salt bath or a shower can help put the body back in balance. Drinking lots of water after a session is crucial.

You may experience the following:

funny sensations or vibrations within the body
need to sleep more then usual (especially with a body tuning)
feel more alive or energized then usual
have vivid dreams
be emotional
feel disoriented
get clearer insights

That is for you to choose! In life, we are consistently faced with challenges, so there is always a time for assisted healing.
